Log In - I can't log in or I forgot my password
If you can't remember your password or your login isn't working, you can reset it yourself in a couple of steps.
Reset your DPG account password
- Go to accounts.digitalphotogallery.com/users/password/new
- Enter your username or email address and click Send
- Check your inbox for an email from Digital Photo Gallery with a reset link
- Click the link and choose a new password
The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, just request a new one.
I didn't receive the email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the username or email address that is registered with your DPG account
- Some email providers can delay delivery by a few minutes
- If you still don't receive it, contact support and we can help
My account is locked
After 10 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. You will receive an email with instructions to unlock it. If you don't receive the unlock email, contact support.
I can't remember my username
Your username is included in most emails from DPG. Search your inbox for emails from digitalphotogallery to find it. If you still can't find it, contact support with the email address you signed up with and we can look it up for you.
Logging into a client or visitor site
Some photographers and businesses use DPG to run private client areas on their own website (for example, clients.example.com/login). These sites have their own separate login system that is not connected to your DPG account.
If you are trying to log into a site like this, your password and account are managed by the person who runs that website, not by DPG. You can use the "forgot password" link on their login page to reset your password, or contact the website owner directly for help.
Tips for keeping your password safe
We recommend using a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords. This means you only need to remember one master password. Popular options include 1Password, Bitwarden, and the built-in password managers in most browsers.
